Pros
Of all the Services, the USAF is the most with a technical/technology focus. It is also focused on taking care of Airmen. The education benefits provided by all the Services are top-notch.
Cons
In many respects, the USAF seems to have lost a lot of its former prestige and mission focus. Also, Airmen lack military discipline compared to the Marines and Soldiers.
