      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with. We worked on challenging matters, and I often saw our work in the news.

      Cons

      A lot of the people I knew (and myself) are leaving the Air Force and the military. Political issues are getting in the way of our effectiveness. This word is overused, but "wokeness" is making us weaker. Really worried about the future of the US military. Too many DEI trainings, not enough mission training.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
