Pros
The USAF does pride it's self on supporting and taking care of it's people when it can still met the mission.
Cons
Like any other government agency the USAF is VERY process orientated and makes it very difficult for it's employees to "think outside the box" or perform tasks/actions outside of pre-existing standard operating procedures.
