      Free Education. There are no other pros that I can think of and I'm trying to get to twenty words.

      Cons

      If someone can't do the job correctly they are promoted. You end up with a group of people who think they are great because they were promoted and are oblivious to what really happened.

      Pros

      Fully regulated (if things go wrong then you did not read regulations), brotherhood/family environment, supportive of military members and families, civilians, and contractors.

      Cons

      Highly regulated - if there is a regulation/directive for something, that means something bad happened to cause a new mandate
