Pros

Management actually listens to concerns from the rank and file employees and makes decisions that take those concerns into account. Management also recognizes that real life happens and works with you to accommodate that as best as can be done. In my previous jobs I've had a manager or 2 who cared, but until uqual I've never had am entire management team that cared about me as a person not just as a workforce. Also the culture of the company is great. Everyone is friendly, happy to guide and mentor me when i was new, and now that I'm a senior coach I'm always offering guidance and assistance to new employees as needed. There's a real culture of fun, being happy with your work and nurturing.

Cons

You do need to put the effort and work in. This isn't a job where you clock in, do the minimum and go home. Lots of changes to policy and such as the industry changes so you need to be good with change.

Pros

Great employees to work with Breakfast on Mondays Cool Product & has a lot of potential

Cons

There are too many downsides to list, but I’ll provide the top issues. - THIS IS A CALL CENTER JOB. For every role. You will be micromanaged to an unhealthy extent and tracked as a typical call center would. If you value autonomy and freedom in your job, this company is not for you. - The culture is the worst I have seen in my professional career & the environment is HOSTILE- retaliation is present and employees are afraid to speak up. They have toxic leadership who don’t have the slightest idea on how to lead a team. This place is a high speed revolving door & incredible managers have left at an alarming rate, with more people nearing their exit at this company. The company refuses to look at themselves as the problem. - Severely underpaid employees with people having worked there for YEARS without a pay raise. The compensation structure is cheap & an excuse to keep their people tied to a desk. People are constantly talking about how broke they are, IN A SALES ROLE. - CEO has minimal involvement & is aware of the issues, but hasn’t taken any action. - ZERO trust in employees.
