Little to NO wage progression, I received a 3% raise after a year of work which barely beat the inflation rate. Wishy washy management that goes back on their statements, keeps us understaffed to work long hours. No development, our management team is determined to keep us where we are, which is why I'm leaving the company. They say they care about your safety so you can live your life but you never have any time to do it because you're working such long hours.
