Below average starting pay for the area. There is NO room for advancement though I was told that there way. Don't expect to get any raises either. I waited more than a month to get a computer after I started and then had to wait another week to get email. There processes are EXTREMELY outdated and there is a lot of wasted paper and time. Training is not existent. There are also a lot of problems with payroll. Even with direct deposit, you sometimes don't get paid at all or you are missing part of your check. Happened to me an average of once a month.
