      Pros

      Flexible schedule and a comprehensive benefits package made this an excellent temp job for me when I was newly graduated from college and applying for positions in my field. Excellent and thorough training package.

      Cons

      This job did not allow much room for growth or promotion, but that is to be expected for a temporary position.

      No pros. It was a horrible place to work

      Cons

      If you were night shift, you had to work every holiday. The nurses were so lazy and never helped us. We ran around taking care of patients with no help. Changing them, cleaning up horrible messes, taking them to the bathroom and doing vitals with no help. Nurses would sit there eating while on Facebook, while we did all the work. Some would even be sleeping!
