      None . Literally none. Very cut throat. Only care about the money. Not about employees AT ALL.

      Cons

      Everything Management use their power to be pieces of crap to employees by taking anger out on them. HR is worthless and let the abuse continue. Managers yell at you and expect you to quit. HIGH TURN OVER!!!! PAY IS CRAP.

      Typical large healthcare organization. Affordable care act ruined healthcare so its more about making money because it has become more of a business than care.
