Pros
This is a nice quaint local hospital in a good location. The staff here takes their job very seriously. Patient care here is second to none.
Cons
Very poor pay in comparison to other area hospitals. Also the fact that is eventually going to close. Well at least that is what I am hearing. I would have to say that the lines of communication are non-existent. There is no downward or upward channeling of info. Many times I hear info three weeks later than some of the folks in my section.
