Constant lying and inconsistency - Contact Center Specialist II UPMC Employee Review

UPMC likes to tell everyone during orientation that if you want to go back to school your department will work with you to hell you achieve that goal. Becauss UPMC "cares". Biggest lie ever. I signed up for classes after getting a payment advance from UPMC for tuition. My supervisors refused to work with me on any sort of schedule. I had to cancel my classes becaue of this. I was looking to go for Surg Tech. And the surg tech class is only offered once at a certain time. The department refuses to work with me. They also like to act like this position id a stepping stone and you can transfer to another department after a year. This is also false. They trap you here.
