      Decision making is extremely sluggish, compensation, very limited possibilities for career development, lots of talk without the actions to back them up

      Pros

      Teams in North America are the hardest working individuals. They have incredible talent and are extremely supportive.

      Cons

      Every part of UPM is controlled and ran by management in Europe. This means that the teams in other regions are stifled, siloed, and become stagnant. This alienates innovation and process improvement, perpetuating an atmosphere where talent cannot be maintained or grow.
