Pros

Laid back dress code, Work from home, Co-workers are amazing!

Cons

6 Month probation period- That beyond long for the amount of work you do and the hours you work. Better not get sick- I called from the ER one morning and came in with a doctors note as well and it still counted against me as a call out Passive aggressive- You will ask a question to management and later see that they have sent out a nasty toned email to everyone about you just without your name on it. Management- Is a whole hot mess. They just regular people who walk around with a title and really don't know their job. They do enough to cover their behinds but will put the blame on someone else really quick. If you work there they are not your friends nor do they really care about your well being. Remember that. Also, don't have an opinion different than theirs. I was under the impression that we were free to express our selves but the moment I did I was booted out the door. Also, don't have kids or any life experiences. My daughter had 4 doctor appointments and I took half days with doctor notes and will still fire for attendance. I really thought it was going to be an amazing company to work for, turned out to be a s-show.

Pros

You will meet some of the most kind, compassionate, and hard working people here. If you enjoy helping patients one to one over the phone then this would be a great job for you. This is a growing company and that comes with both the turbulence of change and also the pride of watching positive development. Having flexibility is key. The CEO makes a point of getting to know each individual's interests and encourages personal and professional growth.

Cons

Everyone is expected to be on the phones, there is not much variety in the day to day work. Because of queue demands, regular touch bases with supervisors and coworkers can be difficult. However, I feel that this has improved recently. Compassion fatigue is real. This is a job for someone that can focus on the bigger picture and feels the work they do makes a difference.
