Uovo has high hourly pay and good managers

Short hours for hosts and 6 day work weeks

Biggest pro is working with pasta flown from Italy. One thing about Uovo is their ingredients are quality. I give them that but that’s it. Other than that Life work balance is impossible. High employee turn over rate and poor management. Don’t even get me started on the pay.

The lack of recognition and respect erodes motivation, making every day feel like a draining obligation rather than a meaningful pursuit. In such an environment, loyalty and passion fade, leaving only frustration and the sense that your time and energy are being exploited.
