Pros
Great people building and thinking about awesome products, with lots of technical knowledge. Flexible working hours (e.g. 2PM to 11PM).
Cons
Some products are dying because of other big players. Other products lacks a business plan and aren't even launched. Depending on your manager, you can be never promoted. They simply forgot you.
