The job itself isn’t hard. The pressure to make sales goals increases every month and aren't obtainable. There aren't many hours for the amount of hires they want at the stores. There are no incentives to make employees feel appreciated. The leaders are so stuck in their ways, they will be the reason why the company crashes. They require so much but not enough time to do anything.
