The one star is for the product and the product only. Aside from that, this company is horrendous.
Cons
The company culture is applorable. Management is a complete joke and Spain tries to control everything that is happening in the US market but they have ZERO clue about the US culture. They are severely lacking in all technological based efficiencies and have no accurate way to record sales history so everything is a complete and udder mess. The people in power positions are there because of who they know in the company and they add absolutely no value or skill. This company is never proactive - they are retroactive. What else can I say? Don’t accept a position here because no matter how hard you work or how often you provide positive criticism or advice, it falls on deaf ears.
