Pros

A plus in working on a much gathering of people and languages and also humors to bear in managing this full potentials of conflicts. Adding to this, after the head quarter, working with the local populations from the inner country is a plus not neglectable.

Cons

Lasting too much in the same position did not help you get a job outside the UN system.

Cons

- Very less possiblity of not being in your homeland , especially for Non US citizens. - Cultural differnces could cause self struggle. - Much responsible job, and therefore less leisure and holidaying. - Language might create barriers among people. - Risky, if interim posting is at dangerous countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Pakistan etc. - Home sickers, you people better die than going to this job!
