Working for UNHCR is highly rewarding given the possibility of providing support and assistnace to people in vulnerable situation. In my role I have contributed to the delivery of programmes in very complex environments. UNHCR is a very diverse organization where I have had the opportunity to work with very talented people from different countries and cultures. The possibility of continued learning and professional development have allowed me to master core security competences as well as soft skills required for the work in complex humanitarian operations.
