      Pros

      Lots of overtime if you have no personal life

      Cons

      Everything. They don’t care about any employees. You work 70-85 hours every single week. You work every holiday and are punished when not working fast enough for 16-18 hours a day. Turn over is so high no one knows each others names, they have hiring classes every week due to poor leadership causing everyone to quit
