      Benefits, that is if they would stop taking more and more away

      Cons

      This companies managers play MAJOR favorites. Basically if you are buddy buddy with a higher up, you WILL excel, otherwise enjoy your short term working for UNFI.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
