Pros
UNDP has always worked with difficult challenges. As a developer of goverment support software, there are always new projects and room for improvement of your skills, as you are constrained by time and budget to deliver fast solutions.
Cons
As it is now, UNDP only hires people as consultants and has the worst financial management and contract policies. I've been a consultant for 15 years and I've never received a bonus or paid vacations. I have to pay for my health and previsional insurance by myself, and I've never received any kind of acknowledgement from UNDP for work achievements.
