Pros
UMA is growing at a fast pace. Though my job is remote, the strong leadership has made onboarding experience outstanding.
With reasonable accommodations, there should be no excuse for an individual to not be meeting their goals at the job.
Daily communications across the board truly helps to see where you stand. The leaders listen to & consider new ideas.
Number of employees have been with UMA for years. This only motivates me to create path for further success.
