Pros
Very good indeed because we are working for the safety of the mankind. A company that is very systematic, which it can never get you fired. Very good job security....very stable.
Cons
Limited career path available. There are only two options for graduates: Engineering Path and Management Path; You could become very senior in Engineering Path, however, it seems there is a dead end when you get promoted to group leaders....at least at my office. Limited communication between middle and senior management.
