Pros
benefits are great unlimited pto pay for entry level or mid level is slightly above market value. Remote opportunities
Cons
imagine the worst work environment, it's lower than that. No written processes, more interested in changing the name or term for something rather than fixing problems. Staff tells leadership we are tired and they tell us to "hang in there kiddo" not honest with customers, practice poor sales practices, dishonest business practices and direct management doesn't have much authority. They are all afraid of their leadership and they change their leadership styles... micromanaging is pretty bad also. The amount of work and lack of training is very mindblowing. It takes days, weeks, months to get answers to questions, support or direction. There is a lot of finger pointing, word twisting, and apathy from internal partners as well. If you blink twice there's been a change that happened a few weeks prior that was never communicated. Systems have a lot of problems and have much to be desired. remote roles seem to change unexpectedly with unreasonable timelines and distance requirements. whatever the pay is just remember you'll do the same amount of work of at least 3 people. they encourange you to take pto BUT when you get back they expect you to jump right in and know what happened during your 10 day vacation. If you worked at the other 3 letters or a similar it's just a copy & paste of more of the same, just a version 2. Great for short term experience and resume booster. Their culture is well oftern times odd and somewhat offputting. Please note that this is my opinion based on my own experiences and events I've witnessed.
