Benefits are still the same - 45% match, paid healthcare. unlimited PTO
Cons
Micromanaging, cutting people and costs everywhere, very low salaries, and their new compensation packages are a joke when compared to any other company (even the ADPs, Workdays, etc). Growth is limited. The EE morale is the worst it has ever been. They paint this "Our purpose is people" idea, but in reality their purpose are profits first, people last.
