Micromanagement, poor leadership, reactive as opposed to proactive, petty, small minded individuals, toxic work environment, only one 5 min break in morning and 1 5 min break in afternoon, where it takes 5 mins to walk to break area outside building, break out area in office was not separated from main kitchen, noisy environment, face fits environment, anti social team, only 36 mins lunch break, toilet breaks taken off lunch break, in experienced staff, overflowing car park into residential area.
