      Fully equipped for Home working.

      Cons

      No support from management in the last 3 months. No progression in 2 years No support when I had covid: I was told to log in after a day or I’d be on SSP. I was unable to take time off as I had no back up.

      Team work especially in busy periods. Offices and catering Technical teams

      Cons

      Promote work life balance - it’s very misleading on the job advertising. Culture - negative emotion is shown in the office. Which then impacts employees, unfair treatment was experienced on a number of occasions over the years with no support. Staff turnover is a issue. Gender pay gap, lack of diversity.. truly.
