Great company who puts their employees first. The employee culture thrives on individual and team work with a balance of social evenings for employees to hang out and bond with each other.

Because of the volatile economy UI LABS has had to cut jobs and offer remote and virtual options. UI LABS is a company that thrives on hands on interaction between it's stakeholders and partner corporations.

Fantastic experience. Loved the people, and was given plenty of responsibility.

Recently founded so the structure of the type of work I was doing was a bit messy, but that's part of the experience of working at a start-up. Great experience overall.
