Sr. management was deceptive, treated you like a number instead of a person, testing is difficult if you don't know your guidelines.

This company hired me, I basically trained myself. They have hired and let go of people consistently. Let me go over a phone call with absolutely no warning. They claimed work was slow and they had no choice. Yet they are hiring for my position.
