1. Working environment/culture is the worst. 2. Higher officers don't take initiative to help in achieving goals. 3. Unrealistic expectations with little manpower and resources. 4. No technical growth. 5. Promotions in the department are very slow. 6. Negative attitude towards the last strand officers and officer hierarchy has a tendency to shove their burdens over the lower officer which always falls on the SDO as it is the last officer rank post. 7. Shortage of staff in very office with increasing expectations and quantity and quality of work.
