      Pros

      I love working in the Kids Club because you get to form relationships with the children and their parents. It's great to watch them grow and develop over the time that they come to the gym.

      Cons

      The only downside I would say that I have with working in the Kids Club is the unprofessionalism of our supervisor.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
