I ain't never seen such a toxic environment. Leadership in almost every department has no personable skills, jokes about nonsense, runs unrealistic numbers to drill into yo head, Education department is a joke. They sit on their phones, talk bad about students, then don't help them. The DOA is a damn moron, he favors certain reps. Talks bad bout his own staff to other reps, gossips, treats you like less than, and make you uncomfortable to come to him with anything dat you need.
