Very unorganized company - GIS Technician UDC Employee Review

The pay was not worth the amount of stress they put you through. The training was horrendous. Their idea of training is pushing you into the deep end and told us that we will learn through failing. The management is inconsistent. The systems and applications you work off of are constantly crashing and eats away at your project time (which you get graded for). They also will have you use PTO for anything and everything. They offered the job as a fully remote job but make you jump through hoops in hopes to go remote.
