      A lot of great benefits just by being at the university, a discount on classes and other things, and free exercise classes offerred for employees (I did a jazz dance class during my lunch break)

      Cons

      Getting a raise or promotion is often difficutlt due to public funding.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
