Cons
Lack of monetization in content development can lead to lack of urgency. Often slow-paced in getting projects done, as well as above-average complexity in work guidelines and regulations due to academic hierarchy. Also, facilities vary widely, with some offices quite modern and others rather old and in need of upgrade.
