      nice working environment and benefits

      parking is expensive and not always convenient to where you work. Bus discounts only reliably work when school is in session

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day
