interesting and meaningful work, managers generally allow for and expect taking ownership and being able to present scenarios for decision taking.
Cons
Despite collegial environment, the individual contributor does not count much and is not valued at the end of the day. As soon as economic situation is slightly less than favorable, they are cutting positions without regret even for long-term employees - have seen it on so many occasions that this is an inherent, but skilfully hidden corporate culture.
