Toxic managers. Focus on sustainability means basic things like air con in the offices are not utilised so working there is uncomfortable in the summer. Department meetings fail to consider different cultures when planning team builds leaving a lot of people feeling uncomfortable. Extremely stressful and chaotic environment. No room for innovation. Old school mentality. Lack of duty of care. Would not recommend to anyone.
