Pros
I personally believe it depends what department you work in but my personal experience being an administrative assistant for various departments was overall good. Good communication among higher-ups and friendly relations. Socially/mentally/ overall it was really nice working here.
Cons
Only downside I can think of is most departments are small and definitely need to expand, was overworked a bit since I worked in mostly small departments but never had any major incidents where it didn't work out.
