Pros
Great atmosphere of team work, everyone is very hard working. It starts at the top. I witnesses department VP's pitch in to clean up after events multiple times. Great benefits. They truly care about the students.
Cons
Lots of red tape for everything, made it hard to get things accomplished. Everyone is overworked, people come in on holidays and weekends just to try to keep up. Very old fashioned - anti-tech, many people were still using flip phones and Covey day planners.
