My job is flexible. Pay is decent. Nice town to live in. I'm challenged to learn new skills. I enjoy my work.
Cons
Not all bosses are created equal. As a contractor, I receive no benefits, and must find my own health insurance. However, my pay is adjusted for such. A lot of the work is done in the office.
