Great benefits and culture overall

Pay is too low for industry

I think they want it to be a good place to work or at least want others to think it is. Seems like optics are very very important.

My thoughts - it isn’t a good place to work. Good culture starts from the top, and the top, in my opinion, is toxic with odd priorities, expectations, and communication.
