Pros
Time off and benfits are great. If you start at the beginning of the year you get at least of 15 days PTO, 2 family care days, 8 days of paid sick leave, and 1 flex holiday on top of 9-10 paid holidays a year.
Cons
High turnover. Quanity over quality is prioritized despite management saying otherwise. Constant piling of work over individual capacity and unrealistic time lines to get things done. Everything is always urgent. Hard to get correct answers. Always waiting on other departments. Constant pressure to move things along at all costs... some of which is bordering the line of not followinging proper procedures/protcols. Pay is significantly less than other companies in the area with similar roles. Unrealistic expectations to complete overtime workloads within business working hours. (OT hardley approved yet still expect work to be done in same timeframe). Opportunities to grow often do not include compensation increases, so additional workloads and responsibilities can be taken on without ever salary adjustment. Raises only occur once a year even if Promotion is received. When being selected for promotion you go up against other individuals globally. There are so many resources and places to look for information that it is overwhelming and often out of date. Lastly, there is a lack of communication between regions on the same process we all work.
