Pros
Friendly people, safe environment, People are generally interested in what they are doing. A lot of freedom in what you want to do.
Cons
The Swiss are a strange people. They are extremely difficult to get to know. You must learn the language. The bureaucracy in UBS is huge. The Chinese whispers you have to go through to get to the person you need can delay a decision weeks! Mind you, once found direct communication always gets good results.
