Pros
Nice financial services environment to work with. People are very friendly and management is approachable.
Cons
Salary is low, promotions are rare and as per my title, although management are approachable they are reactive. I had explained an issue for months and as I was so junior nothing was done and I left the company. It put me off the industry but in hindsight it was management that was difficult and the structure of the business rather than the role.
