      decisive, diverse, efficient in execution, always aims to provide high quality services, competitive renumeration package, much efforts were made to stay compliant

      Cons

      need to give equal opportunities to non-swiss workers, "arrogant" senior management, unable to protect reputation, allowed too much redundancy to exist within the company

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
