      Pros

      Mostly nice people. Lots of longevity. Not great benefits or compensation/promotion overall.

      Cons

      Compromised integrity of management across the board. Really was disappointed in how conflicts/differences were handled. Senior managers took advantage of younger employees and regularly threw people under the bus for their own benefit.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
