Pros
Great colleagues, very knowledgeable talent pool and challenging work. Excellent place to learn and other employees are generally helpful.
Cons
Below market pay - constantly justified with information on how badly the bank is doing, however senior people get paid well. There is no accountability for bad managers at the middle and senior level. Lack of diversity and no focus on promoting from within. Managers focus and promote those that look like themselves or who they like personally.
