There isnt really anything that i found wrong

Benefits, vacation pay, and a couple events to build ✌🏽moral✌🏽

Unlivable wages, racist coworkers, favoritism, and nepotism, ego headed teachers and out of touch people that don't care about family's struggling and give you vauge answers, long commutes away from famliy for most of the day, no feedback, terrible on the job training (cause learning about fittings does not equate to a good plumber)
